The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has announced that ten new Registrar of Companies (RoC) offices will be set up across India to strengthen the registration and oversight of Limited Liability Partnerships under the LLP Act, 2008. These offices will be located in states such as Delhi, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, and West Bengal. They will start functioning from January 1, 2026, with each office responsible for specific districts or states. This initiative is intended to improve administrative efficiency and make services more accessible to businesses in different regions.

S.O. 4849(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 68A of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 (6 of 2009), the Central Government hereby establishes the following Registrars of Companies in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs specified in column (2) of the Table below having territorial jurisdiction as specified in the corresponding column (3) of the Table below for the purpose of registration of Limited Liability Partnerships and discharging the functions under the said Act, namely:-
