Finance Act, 2023 Notified by the Government of India

On March 31, 2023, the Ministry of Law & Justice, Government of India notified the Finance Act 2023. This notification comes after the approval of the Hon’ble President of India and includes Budget Proposals (2023) for financial and direct/indirect taxation issues, relating to FY 2023-24/AY 2024-25.
